What you'll do:
As a Project Analyst (Contract), your main responsibility will be to assist with planning and coordination within our organisation. You will manage various Governance forums including preparation of materials and presentation. Your responsibilities will also include working on Permit to Operate and obtaining approvals as required. You will develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery. Monitoring project progress and reporting on key metrics will be part of your daily tasks. You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues while supporting senior project managers. Additionally, you will support the project team in administrative tasks and documentation.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Analyst (Contract) role brings 4-5 years of experience in project management. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and proficient in using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint among other office toolsets. Your ability to work independently with minimal direction sets you apart from others. You possess strong interpersonal skills which enable you to partner effectively with resources in a matrixed environment. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in managing various Governance forums. Experience in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets is also a key requirement for this role.
- Experience in project management (4-5 years)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
