What the role is

Requirements:

● Over 8 years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the digital project lifecycle, with a proven track record from project initiation through successful delivery.

● In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and proficiency with various web technologies, including practical experience with WordPress, and other popular CMS platforms.

● Relevant certifications in Project/Agile/Scrum (eg. PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe)

● Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, and a solid background in implementing these practices effectively.

● Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

● Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.

● Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Configuration and programming of automation and controls systems involving HMI, Process (PLC/DCS) and Process Safety (ICSS/ESD/FGS).
• Development of HMI, SCADA Software for Rockwell Systems.
• Design and Engineering of Process Safety PLC Systems / Control Systems for Oil & Gas Industry
• Ability to handle the project starting from Design till site commissioning.
• Design and Development of Project Engineering documents in accordance to IEC standards.
• Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Travelling to Customer sites(Domestic) to perform Factory Acceptance test/Commissioning.

Scope:

• Source and qualify training providers.
• Plan, develop and implement learning interventions, training programs and e-learning modules.

• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
• Enhance delivery through the integration of technology in learning.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate training records.
• Collaborate with business units to forecast manpower requirements in line with corporate strategy and business plans.
• Analyze capacity and competency gaps between workforce demand and supply.
• Conduct workforce analysis to project future needs and develop workforce planning solutions.
• Implement solutions to bridge gaps, monitor progress against milestones, and reevaluate plans based on developments.
• Participate in key strategic workforce planning projects and initiatives to transform the workforce to be future-ready.

Requirements:

• ACTA certification
• Diploma/Degree from a recognised insitution
• Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
• At least 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development is ideal
• Experience in Workforce Planning preferred.
