The Director, BPO for SMT will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities to accelerate growth, drive and mitigate both short and long-term opportunities and challenges to ensure the cluster’s business performance is optimized.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country and Functional leadership teams within SMT, as well as their broader teams across the region, to understand market landscapes, assist with Go-to-Market strategies that can help accelerate growth in their respective markets, and execute key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to business/market expansion, organizational re-design, multi-year strategic planning, and capability building. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project activities, including coordination, scheduling, planning, and implementation of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with approved designs, contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when deviations from the project scope, schedule, or quality occur.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of project progress, specifications, and any challenges.
• Review project proposals and plans to align project objectives with management expectations, ensuring performance criteria and client needs are clearly understood and incorporated.
• Oversee project timelines and milestones, proposing adjustments and modifications to the schedule as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the achievement of team goals by actively contributing to relevant tasks and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, monthly reports, and other key project documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Those with experience in underground utilities especially cable pipes will be advantageous

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board ( PEB ) Singapore will be an advantage

- Minimum six ( 06 ) years of relevant project management experience in local construction industry

Job Description

• Resource Planning: Develop, maintain resource plans for ongoing projects, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet project timelines and objectives and monitor resource utilization as needed to optimize productivity
• Subcontractor Sourcing and Liaison: Source and evaluate subcontractors based on project requirements, performance, and budget. Establish, maintain Subcontractor having strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their alignment with project goals and timelines. And manage subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Collaboration with Operation Team: Liaise regularly with the operation team to monitor the progress of projects and address to any issues related to project execution.
