Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptual planning of an airport project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, to meet the set targets of safety, time, quality, costs and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day coordination, control and supervision of the works being undertaken by all personnel involved in the project.
• Representing assigned products / services in Asia, and performance to the Airport business unit, providing leadership and support to account & business development teams, and via direct customer involvement
• Communicate product / service information to the sales team and customers. Assure that supporting training and product launch plans are in place
• Launch and implement customers’ new requirements ensuring jobs are completed on schedule. Ensure prompt and proactive technical support is readily available to customers to solve any technical issues / complaints
• Identify critical issues that impede success and implement plans to fix them
• Capture and understand customer requirements and plans, inform business unit of service gaps and/or growth opportunities
• Communicating and/or liaising with a range of people including the clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, the publics and the workforce.

Job Requirements:

• At least 12 or more years of project management In Aviation Industry delivering Airport Passenger Processing System, Self Service Kiosk system, FIDS, AODB & Self Bag Drop implementation projects
• At least 5 or more years of staff supervisory function
• Ability to track and report technical, schedule, and fiscal project performance
• Ability to develop project and operational plans in MS Project and Primavera
• Possess strong business acumen and leadership capability within a functional area
• Possess effective communication and presentation skills in English and other Language
• Build and maintain relationships across different levels of stakeholders
• Requires a good degree in an Engineering IT discipline or equivalent
• PMP and CCNA certified

Responsibilities:

• Meet with Project Management agents and potential clients to create new business opportunities within the project management platform.
• Work closely with the Business Development Team during the pitching stage.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and perform site measurements.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing during the pitching stage.
• Prepare work progress reports and coordinate with all parties involved, including internal Construction and Quantity Surveyor teams during the construction stage.
• Ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time and budget.
• Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to the set target.
• Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize inspections of building work to kick off projects with the internal construction team.
• Recommend actions for nonconforming product dispositions and corrective/improvement actions for project/product deficiencies.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (e.g., Architects, Designers, Consultants, Main & Sub Contractors, Suppliers, and other M&E Contractors).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
