We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in COBOL and AWS (Amazon Web Services) to play a pivotal role in migration project to migrate on-premise COBOL codes to AWS.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, plan, and execute the migration of COBOL-based applications to AWS cloud infrastructure. Your insights and guidance will be critical to ensure a seamless and successful migration process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for the COBOL code migration.

2. Solution Design:
• Work closely with solution architect, framework team and developers to design migration solutions that align with business needs.

3. Test Suites Documentation and Test Data Mining

• Determine the types of data needed to thoroughly test application functionalities, including boundary value, error value, and standard use case data
4. Risk Assessment:
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration process.
• Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
5. SIT and UAT:
• Conduct thorough SIT.
• Capable of troubleshooting code-level problems effectively.
• Support users and ITPM on UAT execution
