Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Commerce/Finance/Accounting or a related field
• Possess strong fundamental knowledge in finance and accounting eg. ideally have already achieved Level 1 & 2 CFA or equivalent
• Prior fundamental knowledge and working experience in debt financing, credit analysis, credit research, structuring, prospectus/pitch book writing/presentation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak French as the incumbent acts as a liaison officer between Singapore branch and head office in Paris
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Bloomberg

As a Management Associate at BoConcept, You will be based primarily in our HQ office at Bendemeer and you will play a key role in supporting the smooth-running of day-to-day retail operations. What You will Do:

• Collaborate with teams across five brands to ensure compliance with policies and propose improvements.
• Draft, document, and disseminate guidelines, meeting minutes, and other official communications.
• Provide data-driven support for the review and creation of guidelines and policies.
• Offer support for task forces and working groups, including meeting organization, tracking follow-ups, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff and senior managers
• Assist with contract documentation, ensuring proper filing and review.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Train to lead daily operations and ensure consistency in delivering high-quality service.

- Train to cover all departments within the restaurant, including Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions.

- Assist supervisors and managers in daily operations, including handling reservations, customer service, and coordinating with kitchen.

- Train and ensure new service crews are equipped to meet daily operations.

- Perform administrative tasks, taking stock of Front of House inventory and equipment supplies etc.

- Practice food hygiene, workplace cleanliness and equipment safety handling.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by company
