• Provides leadership to the sales team
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
• Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience or internships, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
