Job Summary:
The Management Trainee will participate in an intensive training program designed to build expertise in various aspects of restaurant operations. This role serves as a pathway to leadership positions within the food and beverage (F&B) industry, equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with restaurant teams to plan and execute promotional activities effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement strategies to maintain and enhance operational performance and service quality.
• Address guest orders, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate seamlessly between kitchen and service teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Supervise and manage inventory flow to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations across all operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the establishment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications
• The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.
• Understand business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes
• As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System
• Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.
• Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries
• Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology or a related field.
• Project management certification would be advantageous.
• Professional in Business Analysis certification is preferred.
• Relevant technology certification(s) required, such as ITIL.
• Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries
• Hands on experience with Reporting tools
• Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Management and Application Access Matrix
• Comprehensive knowledge in Identity Management implementations

Responsibilities

• Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities
• Develop business process flows and obtain stakeholder sign-offs
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
• Co-ordinate user training according to plan
• Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
• Other governance, documentation and process work as required

Requirements :

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Business Analyst/ PMO
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in using tools like Visio to create clear and concise process diagrams.
• Ability to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in developing test cases, executing tests, and analysing test results.
• Strong writing and documentation skills to create clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management, task tracking, and test case management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work products.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (highly advantageous) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China.
