Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Planning Manager (BPM), WRB CEO, reports to the WRB Chief of Staff and as part of the WRB CEO Office, provides support in areas such as strategy, performance management, communications, project management, event management, and governance. This is a hands-on role which involves close collaboration with the WRB Management Team and stakeholders across our markets, to support execution of WRB near-term priorities as well as longer-term strategy. Responsibilities:

• Serve individual retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
• Engage customers through branch banking touchpoints, tele-appointments, and outreach programs to identify opportunities.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice to customers based on sound financial knowledge.
• Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adhere to rules and guidelines when conducting business.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
• Interest in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct yourself professionally.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
