• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency

• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

• Prepare/review functional requirements from a customer experience perspective
• Develop new work processes for Retail (general workflow, escalation, dispute handling, technical support) and ensure they fix into the processes of other departments
• Identify any operational or servicing gaps and establish workarounds or alternatives to bridge those gaps
• Recommend appropriate systems changes
• Provide a secondary check on all communication materials to ensure information is correct and complete
• Collate post-launch feedback from customers (internal / external) and forward to project lead or product owner for review and corrective actions, if any
• Update weekly and any other reports that may be applicable
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to support sales activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster loyalty and drive mutual success.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in conducting UAT/project management in current job
• Good proficiency in written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
• Understanding of SalesForce applications, Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Assist Construction Manager & Quantity Surveyor in Project Progress Claiming Work
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in LTA Project
• Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous and committed team player

This position is responsible for effectively collaborating with AMT Singapore AI hub and business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for international AI project coordination and management, AI project process management and internal and external communication during AI project execution.

This role provides the candidate with opportunity to join a high performing organization within TE. The position will locate in TE Singapore AI Hub campus and will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• International AI project coordination and management, including schedule management, progress management, meeting arrangement, resource management, logistics management etc.
• Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth execution of the AI projects.
• Effective communication with the AMT Singapore AI team, BU customers of global and external partners.
• Proactive collaboration with Singapore universities and professors during the AI project planning and execution.
• Provide excellent support to the AMT Singapore AI team to enable the team with better efficiency during the AI innovations and development.
• Support the AMT Singapore AI team on the professional documentation as needed by the AI projects.
