• Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

• Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Requirement:

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
• Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory.
• Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework.
• Ability to steer stakeholders to the common goal of project scope to ensure time, cost, and scope are well maintained.

Overall Job Objectives

Assists the PM to oversee the construction activities, progress, planning, implementing, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme

Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Mechanical Design for IoT sensor systems.
• Provide technical support and design for site installation of IoT systems.

• The Project Manager (PM) shall carry out feasibility studies of the project initial by client.
• Consolidate and prepare specifications, requirements, drawings and estimated procurement value in accordance to client’s procurement policy.
