Job Summary:
The Management Trainee will participate in an intensive training program designed to build expertise in various aspects of restaurant operations. This role serves as a pathway to leadership positions within the food and beverage (F&B) industry, equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with restaurant teams to plan and execute promotional activities effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. A Degree in Engineering(Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
2. At least 15 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
3. Report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, and assist in managing, planning, implementation and control of projects to meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives.
4. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.

• Preparation of site, set up site office, store and project signboard
• Make arrangement for preliminary works; (eg cable detection by LEW, trial hole, urvey setting out, etc)
• Control on the sub con workmanship and quality of works.
• Planning for materials ordering in advance.
• Comply and practice the company procedure/objectives
• Compile materials for approval
• Ensure and responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site
• Manage project site for necessary tests/ inspections, prepare site office documents and submissions.
• Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence
• Manage the project site and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications.
• Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.
• Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
• Preferably possessed Class 3 license.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work as a team.
• With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
