Tasks

• Project ownership from Pre-Sales through to delivery.

• Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans are followed to ensure safe handling
• Work closely with the Maintenance engineers on Transition and Turn Around activities from planning stage to commissioning stage
• Prepare markup PIDs covering all the GCM activities to be completed during the transition period for safe and timely start-up
• Coordinate with shift team supervisors to ensure maintenance jobs such as cleaning, washing and technical or in-house contractors follow up jobs are completed before handing over to production
• Support work permitting and work authorization activities
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors

Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive with a strong background in the food industry and a mindset for continuous improvement to join our team in Singapore. This role involves logistics & inventory planning and will be the "go to" person for inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Ensure the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their tasks and duties.

Role:

Website Management: Maintain and enhance our website, which includes our chatbot and integrated system. This includes the iterative process of review, refinement and update of existing content as well as design, testing and implementation of new developments.

Performance Monitoring: Report monthly customer satisfaction ratings and feedback. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the customer journey and digital services, making data-driven adjustments to meet performance goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders, including external vendors and internal business users to ensure that digital platforms and tools such as our eServices are user-friendly and aligned with customer needs. Develop resources, collaterals and conduct trainings for internal and external customers (where applicable) to adopt our digital tools and adapt to the online processes.

Feedback Management: Collect, respond and analyse user feedback to continuously refine digital services and address issues promptly. Qualifications:
