1. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling fire protection system projects, ensuring timely execution. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to align project deliverables.
   
2. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, work schedules, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
   
3. Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
   
4. Resource Management: Support the procurement of materials and equipment required for fire protection projects. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid delays.
   
5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that installations meet safety and quality standards.
   
6. Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure projects remain within budget. Verify subcontractor invoices and support the billing process for completed milestones.
   
7. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols during project execution.
   
8. Team Support and Coordination: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
   
9. Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support the project team and division.
   

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, sub-contractors, and other relevant authorities Plan and ensure M&E works are completed in line with Master Programme and micro-schedule.
• Coordination with our scaffolding subcontractors and ensure their work to comply with PE approved drawing and issue PE cos promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• At least 2 year (s) of relevant working experience in site coordination work
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Working-at-heights Supervisor certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
