We are seeking passionate and independent personnel in the commercial interior design and build industry to perform the following tasks:

• Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
• Coordinate project Processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, to final closing.
• Coordinate full Scope of commercial interior design & construction projects, including architectural, M&E, and submission works.
• Coordinate project Schedule to ensure Project are delivered on time.
• Coordinate Cost and budget, including reviewing contractor contracts, and controlling expenses.
• Maintain Quality, including conducting factory checks, job site housekeeping, and adhering to safety standards.
• Coordinate Resource utilization, including manpower and materials management.
• Identify Project Risks and prepare mitigation measures.
• Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate defect servicing and maintenance works.

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Consistently update different stakeholders on the status of the project, including financial updates, strategy, and modifications.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Evaluate the success of the project to find areas that need improvement.
• Knowledgeable in both Software/ Application and Infrastructure
• Must have worked in Agile environment and is hands-on with Jira and Agile methodologies to perform the role of Scrum Master as well.
• End-to-end project delivery experience
• Must be able to work as an individual contributor.
• Engage all stakeholders, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Good Communication and leadership skill

• Manage operations and periodic works.
• Manage supplies ordering for sites.
• Plan, draw, and deliver daily & periodic schedules, roasters and deployment charts.
• Suggest innovative ideas for performance improvement and quality services.
• Prepare ad-hoc quotations.
