We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Business Area PMO to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR) for either Trade Finance / Corporate Lending PMO:

· Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies.

· 2) Corporate Lending PMO

o Responsibilities for Corporate Lending PMO for PM Support

o Support provision for Corporate Lending business area PM’s project leading & managing activities.

o Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc.

o Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Cross Functional PMO and Corporate Lending Business Area PM.

o Progress and issue management of BA, User Task members and Developers in the Corporate Lending Business in charge.

o Consolidate status report within Corporate Lending business area in charge, and reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Management.

o Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside of the Corporate Lending business area, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations.

· Any other duties related to this role.

Basic Requirements:

· Extensive PMO experience in core banking projects, trade finance projects or corporate lending projects.

· Proven ability to lead PMO tasks independently.

· Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee (will be added advantage), or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant.

· Familiarity with package system implementation.

· Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking role, the TB Change and Enablement team look after the TB (Transaction Banking) business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy.
