As much as possible, if available for interviews between Januaryand March/April 2025 and 2026 would be an important advantage as this is a longitudinal study and we will try to pair students with the same interviewer. We will try to assign roughly 2 to 6 interviews per week. Unfortunately, we cannot promise anything more concrete due to our dependence on school availability for the interview sessions. All interviews will take place after curricula hours, ~1.30pm to 5.30pm.

Salary: $20 per hour, expected minimum commitment per day = 4 hours

Job Scope:

• Procurement – procurement of adhoc small value items, including stationery, food catering, bus bookings.

• Student administration – Help to process applications for financial assistance and related schemes for students from low-income families.

• Finance matters – Follow up with parents on outstanding bills on a monthly basis.

• Staff matters – Update leave and medical leave on the staff movement board.

• Record keeping – e.g. utilities and telecommuniations monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, maintain list of expiry dates of contracts and agreements.

• Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc) and students requiring assistance at the General Office.

• Attend to sick and injured students

• Answering telephone calls and directing the calls to relevant staff.

• Attend to incoming parcels and school emails

• Any other duties as and when assigned by the school.

Requirements:
