Your key responsibilities:

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a Corporate Investment Banking environment within a Financial Institution, with exposure in Payments, Trade Finance and Lending
• Proven experience of working regionally within a large change management function leading Front to Back Programmes covering both Business and IT deliveries
• Proven client and stakeholder management experience, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving
• Minimum a Bachelor degree in either Business Finance or Economics or equivalent
• Takes ownership of problems and issues and solves them
• Proven visual skills in PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office systems.
• Able to identify and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
