Reverse Engineering as Equipment sample or Site measurement studies
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes, and other regulations.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Engineering approval from Authority, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Site & office project management and daily operations including Engineering Design, Drawing and Fabrication, inspections, site measurements and handover to client’s.
Attend Site meeting, Equipment rectification in assembly and dismantling when required.
Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion targets.
Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants.
Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress.
Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce good design concept
Coordinate all new and current on-going projects and able to communicate well with all levels
Review M&E Design Drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines. Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.
Review incoming engineering, ISO piping drawings and assess impact of extra work or changes on schedule.
Ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements regarding testing and record keeping are met.
Supervise and coordinate M&E and Mechanical piping/equipment installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials. Coordinate M&E details with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and other site staffs.
Monitor performance of multi-skilled craft workers in the installation, removal, or adjustment of equipment or components in accordance with established project procedures, requirements and specifications.
Monitor construction schedules, methods, manning charts, materials and equipment requirements.
Establish effective communications with the Client's field representative, through discussions, and such other arrangements as are required to maintain close working relationships.
Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction work as per IFC drawings.

Min 5-7 years’ of experience in Engineering related activities in Mfg, Recycle, Oil & Gas and Chemical plant industry.
Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits.
