• Provide timely and regular feedback on market spices availability, procurement from various countries to support growth and expansion.
• Help establish Glory Trading’s import and export wholesale business of Indian/Bangladesh household and groceries products
• Evaluate Glory Trading’s current inventory and make suggestions for continuous improvement based on market research and understanding of the purchasing habits consumers
• Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for household and grocery goods desirable to our customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, Indian/Bangladesh wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (household & groceries) and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesale household and groceries products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian/Bangladesh speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
• Must be able to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Field work is required and physicall fit (to be able to carry heavy loads)
• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc
• Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills
• Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer information collection and credit evaluation;
• Customer maintenance:

including support for quotations, contract clarification, signing, order commitment; Finalist, qualification push, and tender preparation. Support Customers' payment, processes, billing and related procedures;

• Organize customer meetings and manage communication;
• Business order Management:

Provide pre-sales, sales and after-sales business support to the customers;

• Risk control:

Oversee risk management in contracts, orders, delivery, acceptance, and fund collection.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Communication are preferred;

2. Open to excellent fresh graduates or candidates with more than one （1） year of relevant experience;

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, manage operational workflows, ensure profitability, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the trade-in and resale operations
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategies
• Build partnerships with suppliers, retailers, and trade-in program providers
• Explore opportunities to expand market reach, including e-commerce and B2B channel

2. Operational Management

• Oversee the end-to-end trade-in process, including quality checks, refurbishing workflows, and resale operations
• Manage inventory and ensure an efficient supply chain for refurbished phones
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability goals

3. Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales, operations, and customer service staff
• Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure a high level of team productivity and morale

4. Finacial Oversight

• Create budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives
• Monitor profitability and cost management, ensuring competitive pricing strategies
• Report financial and operational metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders

5. Customer Experience and Brand Management

• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, including trade-in programs, sales, and post-sale support
• Develop marketing strategies to promote refurbished phones and educate customers on sustainability benefits

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in the trade-in, resale, or electronics refurbishment industry
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and customer behavior in the refurbished electronics sector
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in financial planning, data analysis, and project management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

• Experience working with large-scale trade-in programs or refurbishing operations
