Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth and Target Achievement:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
   
2. Experience:Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role.
   Experience in B2B sales or in the industry the company operates in is an advantage.
   
3. Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
   Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   
4. Personal Qualities:Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive for results.
   Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
   Adaptable and open to learning new skills and market trends.
   
5. Other Requirements:Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events (if required).

· Present solutions with regards to IT Arch review Committee- Architecture and Security on the user business requirements scope.

· Engage WMIS Operations Division stake holders to gather business requirements rules and ensure alignment with development and testing teams.

· Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables, such as functional specifications, use-cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams.

· Analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.

· Ensure project’s successful implementation by delivering with proper test cases: SIT, UAT, Go-live preparation and Issues handling without any delays and solved any outstanding issues to meet the whole project timeline.

· Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

· Facilitate both IT and business meeting regularly to know the project progress and provide the timely updates.

· Mitigate the project risks and technical risks and report to Division Head and Domain Head of IT in timely manner
