The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. Job Description: This is SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SuccessFactors implementation. You are to manage the entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects along with other members to ensure meeting our clients' timeline and deliveries. You must work onsite and must be able to travel frequently within Singapore.

Pre-requisite:

• Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes
• You should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training
• Must be presently in Singapore and able to work onsite

Responsibilities:

• As SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.
• Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors
• Work with ABeam’s regional COE team for various activities.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment
• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team & customer fronting
• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Preferred current base in Singapore and able to work full time onsite
• Must be fully vaccinated

Project Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required standards.

As a Project Engineer, your role will involve analysing project requirements, developing project plans, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating project resources. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with external stakeholders, such as clients and contractors, to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves a combination of technical expertise, project management, to support and drive sales. Acts as a crucial link between the technical and commercial aspects of projects, the Project Proposal Engineer ensures customer satisfaction and successful handover to the Project Execution team.

 Partner closely with all stakeholders to serve customers effectively and meet team sales targets.

Proposal & Quotation Preparation

 Analyze requests for proposals to understand project scope, technical requirements and customer expectations.

 Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in proposals.

Customer Engagement and Technical Assistance

 Handle inquiries via various communication channels, provide technical assistance and advice, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, close orders, and maintain customer relationships.

Cross-Department Coordination

 Work with Sales teams, Service, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather necessary input for quotations and proposals.

Additional Responsibilities

 Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma or Degree in Control/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
