Work you will do

You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. As a leader of this group, you will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. If you are someone with:

• Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree desired with preference for MBA
• 10+ years’ experience in business development, technology and/or consulting leadership role
• Has led business transformation(s) and a specialist in Transformation/Project/Programme Management – in either Business Transformation OR Tech Transformation
• Experienced in consulting and/or service provider environment
• Has experience in Business Development in a consulting and/or service provider environment
• Extensive CXO level relationships and business development experience across Southeast Asia
• Operational domain expertise as it relates to one or more specific industries, to be able to advise and envision a client’s future state operations
• Proven track record to sell and lead complex operational transformation programmes cutting across people, process and technology.

• The Project Manager/ Regional Implementation Manager is expected to manage highly complex and time-sensitive client projects.
• The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of regional and/or global client projects numbering from approximately 10-20, depending on scope and complexity, with highest level of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Certified Project Management training /certification (i.e. Project Management Professional - PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, or equivalent) preferred.
• A technical background and a strong understanding of human and system interfacing, interaction and design are also highly desirable.
• Since the clientele will involve handling Mandarin speaking clients, business-level proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
