• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant experience of QS in ACMV system
• Knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Preferably with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in ACMV system installation.
• Sound knowledge in ACMV System, Contract’s Law, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• ACMV System’s contracts administration and documentation.
• Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variation orders, preparation of payment claims submissions and final accounts.
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary for tender /project costing.
