Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML/KYC operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer accounts marked for exit are properly closed, managing hold mails, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The Role

• Ensure the proper closure of accounts for customers identified for exit based on past review decisions.
• Validate that account exits are carried out only when legally permissible, particularly for accounts with sticky products such as mortgage loans and investment products.
• Monitor and track the closure of customer accounts, ensuring timely execution, with a specific focus on those with sticky products like mortgages and investments.
• Perform a one-time review of customers with hold mails to confirm that the correct codes have been applied for the appropriate reasons.
• Evaluate the possibility of removing or updating hold mails where applicable.
• Address any missing or invalid customer data fields, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
