About the Role

Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Senior Manager, this is a new role to drive unbiased demand led planning, bringing the outside in, to ensure high quality and accuracy in the Global Revenue organization’s planning efforts. The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
• Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
• Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters.
• Liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
• Maintaining and updating companies’ statutory registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
• Performing related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field
• Minimum Diploma, or Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

The following is a plus:

• Knowledge of BizFile and XBRL will be a plus.

Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages the following shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall and The Woodleigh Mall. The Group Marketing Communications team is comprised of 3 teams: 2 mall loyalty programme teams and the Partnerships, International Marketing and Social Media Marketing team. All of whom work closely with the individual shopping mall marketing team counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager to work on the Partnerships, International Marketing and Social Media Marketing portfolio. The candidate will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive partnerships, international marketing and social media initiatives, and ultimately acquire loyalty programme members and encourage shopper footfall and spend and be able to think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts.

Responsibilities

• To develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and corresponding frameworks and collaboration formats across a variety of prospective industries, including but not limited to: banks/financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle, payment gateways
• To be well-versed with key target tourist markets and proactively conceptualize corresponding collaborative campaigns to drive the international marketing strategy
• To translate annual social/partner/international marketing strategies and plans into content schemes, themed initiatives and actionable campaigns to encourage footfall and spend
• To monitor and track all malls’ social media content performance and initiatives against set KPIs
• To guide and support all malls’ marketing teams for social media, acquisition campaigns and performance reporting

Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in business development, partnerships or equivalent, with a degree in Marketing or similar
• A track record of effective identification, securing and management of a network of partners
• Possesses detailed knowledge and experience in current and dominant social media platforms – both locally-dominant and overseas
• Prior relevant experience in execution of luxury marketing initiatives will be advantageous
• Articulate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders across different levels
• Proactive in follow up. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
