Job Responsibilities
This role reports to the Head of Data Discovery within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Team. Key responsibilities are:
· Project Planning and Tracking: represent Enterprise Data Management and work with the stakeholders to develop and manage project pipeline, project plan, ensuring that business objectives, timelines and milestones are met. Also ensure relevant project management artefacts and documentations are generated.
· Stakeholder Communication: facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executives, to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies in collaborations with the project team to minimize disruptions and delays
· Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to promote user adoption. Be an agent of change and incubate data monetization culture and agile development methodology across the Bank’s business as well as stakeholders within DMO and the business
· Inquisitive: proactively understand overall business objective for data monetization initiatives as well as the end-to-end data landscape including systems, business process and data flows to support data monetization initiatives
Job Requirements
· Degree holder with 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience, with 2 years spent with Product, Analytics or Artificial/noBusiness Intelligence functions
· Experience in meeting facilitation and preparation of meeting notes
· Demonstrated ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines and communicate effectively on concurrent projects
· Hands on and creative problem-solving skills; project and time management skills
· Willingness to learn new technology and work in creating template, documents and increase efficiency of the department
· Knowledge of big data ecosystems (e.g. Hue, Hive, Impala), SQL, data warehousing, and data modelling a strong plus
· Good IT Skills, MS Suite including Sharepoint
