RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will analyse trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy of our agency, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify THKMC strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Track performance of strategic initiatives. Construct & update THKMC Management dashboard for monitoring & reporting KPIs.
• Prepare Strategic Planning and Transformation (SPT) discussion & presentation papers. Partner Secretariat(s) to table SPT presentations & updates of THKMC Management dashboard
• Work with Head (SPRM) to achieve functional objectives & deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification would be a plus.

The role of this function is to:

• Assist and support the Porsche Singapore Importer team in their daily business activities
• Contribute to the planning and execution of customer-facing Porsche events in Singapore, and support the design and implementation of visual merchandising activities for the Porsche Studio
• Assist with the planning and set-up of above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) marketing and communications measures
• Assist and support local non-technical training activities for internal staff members
• Help to develop and manage customer analytics programs with other internal stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master‘s student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other similar fields of study
• Fluency in written and spoken English with good communication skills
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
• Past internship experience is preferred
• Candidates should be interested in the automotive industry, possessing open-mindedness and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to design drawings, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective measures where necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to address and resolve on-site technical or construction issues.
• Ensure all works comply with BCA regulations, local building codes, and authority submissions. Support and facilitate inspections and audits by regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, detailing risks, delays, and quality concerns to the project management team.

Requirements:

• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, local building codes, and construction best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
