YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in program/project requirements and design sprints to define business and technical requirements through design implementation.

About the role

a) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and

document business needs, business requirements and flows related to the

Authority’s public services and application systems;

b) Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement

specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and
