• Provide support for Marketing such as deck presentations and tracking marketing activities and social media.
• Work with peers across departments on assigned company-wide projects.

Process Governance:

·       Establish, document, and maintain robust service delivery processes.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.

·       Conduct regular process reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

·       Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.

Risk Management:

·       Identify, assess, and mitigate operational resiliency, compliance, and reputational risks associated with DCS services.

·       Develop and maintain a risk register for DCS services.

·       Ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage identified risks.

·       Support regular DCS systems risk assessments, compliance audits and reviews.

·       Advise DCS System PIC on policies, procedure, regulatory changes and their impact on DCS services.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

·       Develop and manage the DCS service budget.

·       Monitor and control service costs to ensure they are within budget.

·       Prepare financial reports and analyses for management review.

Stakeholder Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

·       Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·       Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.

• Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT service management or in Tech Risk with a focus on governance and control within an IT enterprise environment
• Relevant industry certification (e.g: ITIL, Six Sigma, COBIT)
• Solid writing, documentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the areas of Risk Management, IT audit or IT security is an added advantage
• Prior working experience in banking or financial institutions would be an added advantage.

Good understanding of MAS or APAC financial regulators technology risk guidelines or mandates would be valuable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments across the group to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Assist in the preparation and management of documents, including reports, presentations, and communications.
• Handle the reception of visitors and coordinate the logistics of events and activities hosted by the institution.
• Follow up on the implementation and progress of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
• Support the Dean in developing and reviewing academic and operational strategies.
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Educational Background

• At least Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field. Experience studying in Singapore is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent Chinese and English writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative or academic support roles, preferably in the education sector.

Skillset

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Good knowledge/skills in IT and attention to details.
• Able to work independently and as a team whenever required, while taking initiative when needed.
