• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to course business development and sales. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer preferences.

Qualifications: 

• A good team player and results oriented. 

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain fleet management software solutions, including features for vessel ERP system, Crew management system & Fleet system integration.
• Collaborate with software developers to customize and enhance software to support fleet management operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define software specifications.

Job Requirements

Objectives of the Position

• Experienced Global Business Expert for the processes Order-to-Cash and Transportation Management. Part of the Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team with members located in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

Main Tasks:

• Implement new organizational and / or technical concepts for processes OTC (Order-to-Cash) and TM (Transportation Management) in strong alignment with relevant stakeholders including global process owners. Facilitate and contribute to change and test management activities.
