Change Management Lead

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for leading Salesforce-driven change initiatives aimed at optimizing global sales processes and restructuring sales organizations across various countries, product lines, and customer segments. This role demands a strong leader with expertise in Salesforce implementations and a proven track record in transforming sales operations on a global scale. Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Integration: Lead change management efforts for Salesforce implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with global sales strategies.
• Global Sales Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance and standardize sales processes across multiple countries, product lines, and customer segments.
• Organizational Restructuring: Manage and execute sales team restructuring efforts to improve efficiency and performance across diverse regions and segments.
• Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management plans to support Salesforce adoption and process improvements, focusing on communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, IT, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with global leadership to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the transformation process.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to promote Salesforce adoption and the success of newly implemented sales processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

· 8+ years of experience in change management with a focus on Salesforce implementations and global sales process optimization.

· Proven track record of restructuring sales teams across multiple countries, product lines, and client segments.

· Deep understanding of global sales operations and Salesforce best practices.

Skills:

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.

· Expertise in Salesforce CRM, change management methodologies, and global sales operations.

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). To ensure that all systems are in good functioning condition. If any repair or replacement are required, source for quotations and coordinate with the various stakeholders for the work to be carried out.

2. Make frequent trips to the various facilities within the Group to carry out routine inspection.

3. Contact and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders / vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters.

4. After completion by external vendor, conduct visual inspection to ensure that the works are carried out properly and satisfactorily.

5. Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.

6. Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.

7. Updating of maintenance schedule and incurred expenditure reports.

8. Prepare annual building maintenance expenditure and budgetary reports.

9. Renewal of factory license, signage advertisement license, electrical installation license, subletting application, etc., and submission of new applications to relevant authorities whenever necessary.

10. To ensure that there is adequate stock for all toiletries and groceries supplies and place order if the stock is running low.

11. Prepare proposal to the management for any proposed improvement/ repair/ replacement work.

12. Assist in any ad hoc A&A/ upgrading/ improvement projects. Coordinate with the project consultants/ contractors and monitoring the project progress.

13. Review of drawings, building plans to ensure that the design specification complies to the owner’s requirement as well as to the statutory code of practice/regulation.

14. Quality control of work done by contractor to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the approved drawings, work scopes and technical specifications.

15. Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Description

• Execute a project effectively once a project order is being received
• Have a complete understanding of the requirements of the project and the delivery schedule
• Liaise with purchasing team with regards to the procurement of the items
• Work with various departments to problem solve and mitigate arising issues such as facilitating changes in project requirements in terms of products or the delivery schedule.
• Handle the billing for each project in an accurate manner
• Maintain excellent control on inventory to facilitate timely shipment and delivery, thereby maximising customer satisfaction and minimising cost;
• Plan, schedule as well as coordinate materials availability to meet customer requirements
• Engage in regular meetings with internal departments to review project, production and procurement updates
• Other related duties as required by HOD/ Management

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in any field
• Preferably 2 years' experience in a related customer-facing field (Eg, Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Coordination, etc)
• Working experience in import/export or related environment would be advantageous
• Working knowledge and experience in SAP system preferred but not a must
• Excellent planning, communication and problem solving skills with an eye for details;
• Customer service oriented and result-driven with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
