Job Responsibilities

- Focus in areas of wine business development & various of wine-marketing leads to signed on wine distribution

- Focus in wine distribution & supply to F&B Trade Customers (Hotels/ Restaurants / Bars & Recreation Clubs) / Corporations / Events

- Must be active in sourcing of new potential clienteles for wine supply & distribution

- Able to work independently in the development & marketing with follow-up of full customer services to F&B Clienteles with assistance on the advises on the design & formulation on the wine menus for F&B clienteles (if needed) after wine contract secured and also able to provide wine sales to different Corporations & related wine events

- Contribute creativity juice to capture lifestyle attention

1) RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as the primary point of contact for DC Consultants and selected DC Key Accounts, collaborating internally to champion customers’ needs and drive outcomes.

- Create mapping for individual DC Consultant and regularly track progress.

- Actively promote Hoppecke DC solutions to increase market awareness and acceptance.

- Position Hoppecke’s DC solutions as primary offerings in DC Consultants & customers’ designs.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, an ability to build relationships, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor market in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the semiconductor equipment sector.
• Lead Generation - Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into new members for the ARTC consortium.
• Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct cross-functional team in program execution
• Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met
• Actively follow on sales leads and take lead in business development
• Serve as primary technical contact with customers on strategic or politically sensitive issues
• Provide support to BD manager in generating quotation for molding projects involving new toolings
• Provide customer support and perform in BD activities to direct customers; Serve as primary technical contact with customers on strategic or politically sensitive issues
• Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts (to optimize production efficiency &meet customers’ requirements)
• Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects
• Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing)
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management & production process
• Plastic injection moulding and mould assembly background preferred
