Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project management, survey, managing site works, construction activities, monitor work schedules, update progress, planning and implementation in accordance to master work plan and scope of work within project budget.

• Provide guidance and supervision to contractors/ in-¬house workers in relation to Electrical/ Structured cabling works in accordance to proposal for site build for cabling infrastructure, installation quality, and adherence to site work safety requirements and to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare project submissions, tenders, system designs, installation drawing & coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects

• Participate in project meetings and resolving project issues

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/ Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 1-¬3 years Project Management and hands on working experience in Electrical and/or Structured Cabling.

• Able to read/write and speak English is a must.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Managing project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.

Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure seamless execution of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
