Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the water treatment industry, particularly in filtration membranes, and a proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth

• Revenue Targets: Work towards achieving set sales and profitability targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Cross-selling: Promote ERIKS’ broad portfolio of products and solutions by identifying synergies across categories.
• Clean Room: Experience in setting up a clean room for semiconductor customers with strong project Management Skills.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Holder’s Specifications (Must Have)
