We are looking for a senior Project Manager to join to support our related company in expanding Agile project management team to help deliver a variety of internal and external projects, ranging from software development to

consulting & cloud services with local and international clients. You have a passion for all things

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day direction of the project

• Facilitating the project team to deliver on their commitments

• Reviewing the progress of the project to ensure that tasks and deliverables are completed

per the contract requirements and budget, highlighting risks where appropriate

• Reviewing all project deliverables to ensure that they meet the requirements; are free of

editorial errors, and meet quality standards

• Operational responsibility for ensuring that the work meets all project requirements for

technical, financial, and quality factors.

• Collaborating with stakeholders and clients to deliver their projects related to specific

product/service/technology needs

• Working with internal & client engineering, design, operations, enablement, and leadership

team to bring products/services to market and develop and grow business opportunities

• Educating and training customers on agile, continuous delivery and cloud native

technologies & methods

- Participate in peer reviews and audits

- Implement process changes and best practices around project management and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of project management experience, including the ability to build, lead and work with

cross-functional teams of at least 5 – 10 team members to deliver projects

• A proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing and implementing projects of

varying levels of complexity using Agile methodologies in high-tech development

environments

• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

with the ability to blend them together to fit a project and/or business environment

• Solid understanding of and proven experience in using appropriate tools:

o Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or equivalent

o Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools

• Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners’ teams

• Experience in client facing roles, including consulting

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management

• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy

• Strong SDLC skills and understanding

• Technical background including cloud, framework, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytic

technologies preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 Years) Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Project Management
• Preferably, a Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Singaporean/SPR

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other subcontractors
• Handle contractual matters that arise
• Check drawings and quantities and ensure that these are accurate for the execution
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials required at the site.
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet an agreed program of deadlines;
• Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged in the project;
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-con and ensure the progress is on schedule;
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site;
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Overall responsible for the execution of the projects
• Monitor the cash flow and budgeting of the project
• Accountable for the project’s projected profit
• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/regulatory requirements for the project under his/her jurisdiction.
• Monitor work progress to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Description

• Perform scheduling of assignments for corporate clients
• Assign and co-ordinate driving assignments with bus drivers according to clients requirements
• Receive and manage feedbacks. Suggest ideas to improve workflow
• Daily monitoring of transport operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in case of contingencies
• Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review
