• Documenting the details of ERP processes and other related information for future reference.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis.

· Provide administrative support to Line of Business and projects

· Initiate and maintain document control system and processes

· Prepare meeting logistics, presentation setup and presentation materials

· Assist in coordinating with project team(s)/ client(s) during project execution

· Assist in monitoring project progress, variations and progress claims

· Assist to maintain, track and clientele records

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· 3 years of working experience in construction industry

· Recognized diploma/ degree in business administration/ engineering

· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word, Excel. and Powerpoint

· Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment

· Analytical and problem solving skills

· Particular attention to details

· Possesses excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
