Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Management

• Plan and deliver face-to-face, online, and virtual workshops and events.
• Monitor and manage event logistics, venue capacities, and budgets to meet KPIs and quality standards.

Event Quality Assurance

• Compile post-event reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a high event quality survey score in alignment with organizational KPIs.
• Report performance issues of volunteers or leaders via the IBEN system.

Special Projects

• Participate in strategic projects or initiatives as assigned.
• Provide support for additional meetings and events, such as IBEN training.

Leadership and Process Improvement

Job Requirements

The Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore invites applications for up to two Tenure track (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) position in urban planning and design. They should have interests in developing interdisciplinary research to address pressing challenges to high-density urban environment, especially in Asia.
