• Develop weekly work schedules and documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of temporary works as planned.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to building performance standards, quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
• Supervise junior supervisors and oversee their assigned tasks.
• Maintain daily work records, including additional work claims from clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress reports for consultants and owners.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 5-8 years of experience in related field
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Able to check combined services drawings and coordination problems with other trades
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and communicate changes as required.
• Ability to draw detailed coordination drawings and sketches and resolve technical problems with subcontractors.
• Is a good team player and is analytical and a problem solver.
• Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operation

Responsibilities:

• Attend the project kickoff meeting following contract award and facilitate a briefing on project scope with management and contractors.
• Coordinate renovation and reinstatement work on-site for retail shops and departmental counters, liaising with relevant parties.
• Solicit quotations for each contract or project for comparative analysis.
• Assist directors in ensuring projects adhere to deadlines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Support directors in the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Proactively resolve site issues and seek guidance from directors when necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and other risk management activities.
• Compile and organize all essential project documentation, including Pre-con Survey Reports, PTW submissions, Project Schedules, Weekly Site Progress Reports, Procurement and Drawings Tracking Lists, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, and Certificates of Completion.
• Monitor daily processes and progress at project sites.
• Conduct project site inspections.
• Collaborate closely with and oversee own workers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory and client requirements.
• Manage all site operations, including cost control, contract administration, project delivery, and compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress carpentry project works
• Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing
• PC literate – proficient in MS office.

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will take on an active role in the overall management of the projects and serve as a single point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative

Key Job Accountabilities

• Overall management and co-ordination of the project
• Serve as a single point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative
• Deemed as the Contractor’s agent in all dealings with the Customer, including difficult customer.
• Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor’s agent, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations and maintenance services of the system
• Co-ordinate project activities with the Customer, existing vendors and other parties as indicated by the customer
• Highlight and resolve outstanding issues and problems
• Arrange for, co-ordinate and document project progress meetings and system change management meetings
• Prepare and submit progress reports
• Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules
• Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource and schedule
• Plan and allocate resources proactively to ensure timely delivery of the System in accordance with the project schedule
• Set up procedures with the Customer to manage the deployment of tools and delivery of System and Services
• Take stock and track documentation, hardware and software supplied for the delivery of systems and services
• Involve in contract administration, monitoring of progress, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation
• Lead and manage the Contractor’s Project Team, including the overseeing of all day-to-day project activities
• Manage project risks

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Project Management certification (PMP), if any
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience and have gone through at least 2 cycles of SDLC
• Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
• Possess strong leadership ability, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills in inter-organizational environment
• Familiar with the user requirements phase for IT projects
• Experience in projects with IBM MAXIMO or SharePoint will be advantageous.
