Project Manager (PM)

The PM is responsible to ensure the project completion is within the specified time frame, budget, and quality in accordance to the statutory requirements. The PM will protect and minimize Company’s liability and all-risks exposure when managing the project operations on-site. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing overall performance responsibility and accountability for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities may include the following, but not limited to:

• Oversee the entire project operations from conception to completion including handover to Clients including but not limited to quality, safety, cost and budget management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder will be responsible for running a reliable and responsive Financial Planning and Analysis function that provides the Director of Finance, the Senior Management Team (SMT) and managers across the Organisation with value-add financial support and analysis which facilitates effective decision making.The role holder will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management and regularly reviewing this information. Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
• Manage and prepare the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecast.
• Partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
• Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
• Assist in implementing governance and internal controls initiatives, including strengthening current internal controls and improve the Finance department’s processes and systems
• Perform the CAPEX and Profitability evaluation on projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation are top priorities.
• Assist in providing guidance on intercompany charges as well as transfer pricing policies
• Prepare and create monthly and quarterly forecast reports for both internal management and Group reporting purposes.
• Actively involve in the FP&A team's efforts in fostering business partnerships and managing enterprise risk.
• Coordinating the review of legal documents with business units and the Group Legal department.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements,
• Create, test and review functional requirements and refine financial operating systems, where necessary
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial institutions to support SP Group's financial objectives.
• Actively participate in the Kaizen initiatives for FP&A team
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least one year related sales experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

• Hands on experience in Network deployment for large enterprise and Datacenter networks.
• In-depth knowledge of IP routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, QOS and VPC.

Job Summary

You will deliver account servicing and project management relating to the commerciality of a store layout which includes full architectural drawing packages to vertical circulation between floors, customer service in store and facade design.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts
