The job’s duties will include visiting new properties under consideration and in due diligence to determine their environmental and physical qualities, identify technical difficulties that a buildout on that property may encounter, assess development risks, and recommend mitigating strategies -- often preparing and presenting Property Development Plans. Primary Responsibilities

• Identify Project Risks and Mitigating strategies.
