Position Summary:

• Responsible to work as a Project Manager. Overall responsibility for the project in all aspects including the overall quality, schedule, cost, HSE and human relations amongst the team members. Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to meet objectives and requirements, plan, monitor, and control the project within the deadline, including carrying out implementation of the project.

2. Ensure excellent customer relations and achieve customer satisfaction throughout the project.

3. Be responsible for installation, buy-off, and support of projects at customer sites.

4. On-site support and remote service support.

5. Provide troubleshooting expertise, technical training, and system documentation to customer and internal departments.

6. Assist in factory manufacturing and other technical activities.

7. Prepare cost estimation, budget, and control report.

8. Prepare reports on project progress and ensure the project schedule is being met.

9. Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 or more years of working experience.

2. Experiences with machine vision solutions is an added advantage.

3. Able to work independently, and as a team player, commitment, and a sense of ownership are necessary.

4. Good interpersonal, management, and decision-making skills.

5. Able to travel with short notice and station overseas when required.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

7. Communication skills in Mandarin (Chinese) are an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Liaise with architects, subcontractors, consultants as well as authorities; setting guidelines and provide your expertise and supervision towards the team.

- Manage and allocate resources to ensure its availability as and when needed throughout the construction projects

- Ensuring work are in accordance to the contract drawings, specifications and expected quality

Job Description

• Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management.
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors and resolve problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization and innovate technique in related to selective construction process
• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the projects
• Chair internal project reviews meeting with project team and report on the performance to management
• Establish, develop, monitor and maintain project budget, programme, resources allocation, quality plan, environmental issues, and safety plan in accordance with company's requirement

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

Quality Control and Inspection:

Implement quality control processes to ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.

Identify and address any deviations from project standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

Prepare and submit regular project status reports to the project management team.

Document and address any project-related issues or disputes.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all HVAC installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Promote a culture of safety among project team members and subcontractors.

Conduct safety audits and address any safety concerns promptly.

Client Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding HVAC project updates and inquiries.

Address client concerns and seek opportunities for additional services.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure they align with project plans.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC engineering and project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

• Oversee the coordination of day-to-day operation in the precast concrete activities
• Responsible for overall delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution
• Preparation of precast shop drawings for precast (PC) component monitors the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawing between team members and clients' relevant representative
• Liaises with clients, suppliers and related authorities on project-related issues

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels
• Fluent in English and Chinese
