• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks;
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of workers to achieve operational and project goals;

Factory Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth production processes;
• Manage and maintain equipment, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime;
• Implement and uphold safety and quality standards in the factory;
• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks;
• Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement;
• Facilitate effective communication and integration within a culturally diverse workforce;
• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles;
• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision.

Work Type: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Project Lead.
• Coordinate invoices with the purchasing team.
• Act as a liaison between departments and the Project Manager.
• Manage project documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate submissions to clients and authorities.
• Support weekly and monthly project meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent command of English with a positive working attitude.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
