• Master-data management for customers and vendors in financial systems.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements.

• Perform annual company reporting functions including but not limited to Annual Returns.

• Track Work-in-progress (WIP) projects to ensure prompt billing to customers.

• Calculation and posting of manual journal to record doubtful debt and WIP provisions.

• Support monthly closings, reconciliations, audits and tax forms.

• Full set of accounts for subsidiaries and/or parent companies.

• A diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically

required.

• At least two years of relevant work experience in accounting.

• Experience in F&B a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
