Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis:

• Supervise the FP&A team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data updates and maintenance.

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. • Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.

20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.
