Responsibilities

• Write detailed specifications/User Stories in line with the list of requirements provided by business
• Liaise with business for clarification and understanding of requirements
• Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints with technical lead’s help

• Create tests and define tests strategy in coordination with others Business Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support middle-to-back-office capabilities for private/public market processes, including transaction booking and valuations.
• Develop, implement, and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team to ensure alignment with company goals, drive focus and measure progress. Regularly review and adjust OKRs to reflect changing priorities and ensure successful achievement of key product milestones.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather detailed requirements and insights. Translate findings into actionable user stories.
• Lead discussions, analyse and conceptualize IT solutions that meet business needs. Validate solutions with engineering and architecture teams.
