• You work with a team, driving Planning, Reporting and Analytics transformation in the Office of Finance with CFOs to provide stewardship in their organizations.
• You implement Management Dashboards, Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Consolidation applications through Enterprise Performance Management Platform
• You will have opportunity to work on projects that can range from proof of concept to full scope implementations
• You ask questions, determine requirements and needs of the customer
• You design and develop application, taking performance, reporting, workflow, other considerations of customers and turning them into actionable tasks for project delivery.
• You develop application training guide and train customer to ensure project handover and success.
• You will also be required to carry out Pre-sales product demonstration and provide event or trade show support
• You will be provided with the necessary training to be enabled on the software that we use.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspect of the project.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring the project progress.
• Ensure the playground work are carried out according to tender specifications/ drawings/ materials/ MOS Co-ordination of sub contractor’s playground work and ensure the work Is on schedule.
• Liaising and attend meeting with all parties involve in the project such As consultant, Main contractor, sub Contractor, supplier, safety Officer to ensure successful Implementation of the project To manage the daily operation of the project execution.
• Arrange CPSI for equipment safety inspection and Epdm impact test Attend BIT, Town Council handover and HDB consultant meeting
• Arrange subcon for touch up, safety rectification work and repairs.
• Prepare all safety documents for each sites Arrange with main con safety for SIC Settle each site safety issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• With 3 - 5 years of experience in project management and safety roles, preferably in playground or similar construction industries.
• Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is a must.
• Knowledge of playground development standards, such as EN 1176/1177, ASTM F1487, or similar international safety standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) systems.

The Senior Specialist, Demand Planning sits within the wider merchandising department and is responsible for forecasting and analyzing sales productivity for Castlery’s assortment, as well as implementing initiatives that improve inventory optimization and drive business growth.

They will work closely with customer-facing teams to gain deep understanding of our sales strategy, and partner with supply chain teams to ensure that inventory levels can efficiently support and achieve sales targets. What you’ll be doing

• Monthly management of SKU level demand forecast for active assortment and future launches. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand ongoing promotion and campaign strategies that would impact forecast.
• Quarterly review and analysis of category’s assortment performance, identify areas of opportunity and action plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Partner with the Supply Chain Orchestration team to continuously improve forecasting logic and accuracy.
