REQUIREMENTS/ELIBILITY

* Experience in technical development of factory automation & equipment making, with a preference for those familiar with biopharmaceutical industry equipment.

* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in managerial position, with a preference for experience in managing non-standard automation projects.

* Strong service orientation, customer-centric, proactive, results-oriented.

* Good professional ethics, strong organizational coordination, resource integration ability, adept at communication, negotiation, and public relations.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managing day to day operations of joinery/Carpentry and other renovation works/ID fit-outs (eg. partitions) at project locations.

· Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.

· Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.

· Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations.

· Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.

· Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.

· Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.

· Execute projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.

· Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.

As a Supply Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility will be managing supply planning and inventory for various channels. You will be expected to maintain optimum stock levels, ensuring they are optimised within budget and meet market forecast requirements without excessive inventory risk exposure. Your role will also involve identifying service level improvement opportunities, maintaining SKU data, participating in demand review meetings, preparing monthly reports, and contributing to digital transformation projects. Your ability to manage complexity, coupled with your keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills, will be crucial in this role.

• Manage and monitor stock levels, reporting excess, aged and discontinued stock
• Analyze all forecast for inventory and develop various processes for inventory purchases
• Ensure optimum level of inventory is maintained in order for target service levels
• Identify service level improvement opportunities from supply planning perspectives
• Maintain & setup new SKU in Product Cloud, Connect and JDE ERP system
• Involved in Demand Review & Pre S&OP Meetings with respective functions
• Prepare monthly reporting (Budget vs actual sales) and depletion/shipping forecast to Brand companies
• Work with Supply Planning Assistant Manager on developing and managing projects in driving business process improvement
