The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team/outside catering and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- **Culinary Expertise:** Specialization in French (preferred), Mediterranean, or Western cuisines, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in modern and creative culinary styles.

- **Culinary Knowledge:** A deep passion for, and understanding of, French food history, tradition, and culture (preferred).

- **Leadership:** Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and take complete ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant manager.

- **Operational Oversight:** Collaborate closely with management to run daily kitchen operations, including outside catering.

- **Mise en Place Preparation:** Efficiently prepare, coach and delegate mise en place as instructed by management, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready before cooking.

- **Consistency and Training:** Ensure consistency in work performance by overseeing all kitchen staff members, ensuring they have full knowledge of the menu and ingredients, especially regarding allergens.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain/coach proper stock levels to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

- **Food Safety Compliance:** Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items following First-in-First-out principles in accordance with company standards and Singapore Food Agency sanitation regulations.

- **Quality Control:** Consistently monitor food quality and presentation, adhering to standard recipes and portion control practices.

- **Staff Briefing:** Brief staff on inspecting food quality upon receipt and signing off on delivery orders according to company policy, including temperature checks during receiving.

- **Hygiene and Safety:** Uphold good hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming standards, promoting safety for oneself and colleagues, and applying risk management practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned property and maintain the estate in a safe, good and operational condition for occupants
• Advise the Management Corporation in accordance to by-laws, legislations, standards and requirements governing building maintenance and strata management in Singapore
• Perform due diligence through site inspections that contracted services or routine maintenance have been carried out according to specifications
• Liaise with the government agencies, developer, architect, contractors and service providers on behalf of the Management Corporation
• Conduct meetings for the Management Corporation, from agenda planning, preparing progress updates to drafting of meeting minutes
• Respond to after-office-hours emergency calls, messages and emails and take appropriate actions
• Plan and track annual budget for maintenance fee and sinking fund of the estate.
• Write circulars, notices, reminders and/or letters for display of notices.
• Supervise site staff and term contractors to ensure deliverables & KPIs are met.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of running Management Corporations and the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.
• Demonstrated strong ability to influence and negotiate.
• Attentive to details, takes pride in operational excellence.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and people management skills.
• Resourceful problem solver.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of apps.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
