• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plan for managed sites.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with
• Prepare and manage tender invitation for servicing contracts and other ad-hoc replacement works
• Handle tenants’ maintenance related requests
• Manage stock inventory for parts replacements
• Evaluate M&E systems and schedule for repair
• Carry out any other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services in retail/ commercial/ hospitality properties
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office- Word and Excel
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
